Liam — gym owner, tenacious athlete, devoted husband, dog dad.
Liam Fay is the owner CFB Athletic Club in Bethel, CT. Since opening in 2014 he has served as the head coach and leads a dedicated group of instructors. His journey started with the burning desire to organize a healthy, strong and committed community. Coming from an athletic background in wrestling, Liam developed the skills and disciplines necessary to manage business with fitness.
Liam's soft spoken nature is no disguise. He is extremely humble and knows life is beautiful. But his work ethic and purposeful drive is a force to be reckoned with. His views on the boa life were both enlightening comforting to listen to.
Liam lives in NY with his wife Ali and dogs Whinny and Honey.
